Meet Annsley, our incredible massage therapist! She’s been helping people feel their best for over 5 years, and she absolutely loves seeing her clients thrive as they stick to their self-care routines.

When she’s not working her magic in the treatment room, you might catch her enjoying Italian pasta (or wings because, balance, right?). Fun fact: Annsley has some serious pipes! She’s been singing since 2nd grade, performing in musicals, talent shows, and even weddings.

Her TV picks? Friends and Gilmore Girls are her go-tos. And her #1 tip for you? Drink lots of water! Staying hydrated keeps your muscles happy and helps them heal properly.

30-Minute Prenatal Massage $45

TIP: Best for trying massage for the first time while pregnant, or towards the end such as 38+ weeks

60-minute Prenatal Massage $85

TIP: Best for any time during pregnancy, allows you to lay on your belly and relax for a full hour!

90-Minute Prenatal Massage $115

TIP: Not recommended passed 38+weeks.

Annsley offers both side laying and a bump pillow to allow you to lay face down. Please speak to her about what you think you’d prefer at the time of your appointment.
